We are looking for a Construction Estimator with experience preparing estimates for
construction projects, preferably in commercial glazing. The ideal candidate must be able
to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with general contractors to gather necessary information for estimates and pricing • Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals • Request and review quotes from suppliers and vendors • Submit material orders for awarded projects • Monitor and manage awarded contracts and project documentation • Complete assigned tasks on time and assist with additional duties as needed REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) • Bilingual: English / Spanish (Required) • Proficient with computers, including Excel, estimating software, and PDF tools (Required) • Punctual, reliable, and highly detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy • Strong professional communication skills for interacting with clients and contractors via phone and email • Experience estimating commercial glazing projects (Preferred) For questions, please call
